I find it impossibly weird that, Robert Rodriguez, the man who made Machete (in which Robert DeNiro playing an obvious Ron Paul allegory literally guns down Mexican immigrants for fun) has made one movie with Frank “Occupy Wall St. protesters should get off their asses and fight ‘Islamofascists’” Miller, and now is making another one.
My take on it is that RobRod just likes movies that are dark, with lots of guns. His political ideology is grindhouse.
DeNiro’s character in Machete probably just made the most sense, given the premise of the film.

Ugh, go away depression.
I’m trying to have a good day or something right now.
NBC has picked up a half dozen new shows for next season and multiple reports say the network will give final shortened seasons to its veteran sitcoms “30 Rock,” “Community” and “Parks and Recreation.”
nbc should quit tv if they’re going to bring in
half a dozen more crap and none-a-dozen more parks and rec.They’re pulling this shit and they’re going to keep the fucking Office on the air?
kabletown has won.
this is the darkest timeline.
i suspect bobby newport is behind it.
ALL THREE of the good shows?
They’ve got to be crazy people or something.
